At TTP Vogue, we aim to deliver high-quality streetwear and exceptional service with every order. Please read our Returns & Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase. By ordering from our store, you agree to the terms below.
1. Returns & Exchanges
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except as required by law.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if:
- You received the wrong item (wrong size, style, or color);
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact;
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order;
- You must provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, photo evidence of the issue.
If your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Once we receive and inspect it, we will process the replacement.
Please Note:
- Exchanges are not accepted for customer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong size or color);
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error was on our end;
- TTP Vogue is not liable for items lost during return shipping.
How to Request an Exchange

or contact us via whatsApp with your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Relevant photos (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days.
2. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours business day after payment confirmation.
Some orders might take upto 2 weeks to process, be rest assured your order will be processed soon, you can also reach out to our support for more info.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
Within Lagos: 1 – 2 business days
Outside Lagos: 3 – 5 business days (depending on location)
Please note: These are estimates, and delays may occur due to courier issues, processing, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Domestic and international rates may vary.
- Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order, please contact us.
4. Incorrect or Lost Deliveries
If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact the courier/delivery rider first.

, and we’ll assist in investigating the issue.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.
