7. Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is incorrect (wrong size, style, or color from what was ordered);
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging;
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer exchanges for customer errors (e.g., wrong size selected, change of mind). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the fault is ours.
